Staff Dashboard

This is where the social media team logs weekly performance across every platform and manages the content pipeline. Consistent, honest reporting is what lets us see whether we're actually growing and whether our content is working.

• Report on the same day every week (Monday works) so the growth chart stays consistent.
• Use the same "Week Starting" date — pick the Monday of that week and stick with it.
• Leave a field blank rather than guess. Blank = "not tracked this week," a wrong number breaks the trend line.
• Track post-idea status ruthlessly. New Idea → In Progress → Scheduled → Posted. Anyone should be able to look at the pipeline and see what's coming next week.

This is our small-dollar donor pipeline. Add every business or individual we want to reach out to — restaurants, gyms, law firms, dentists, anyone. Then track every conversation so no lead falls through the cracks and everyone on the team knows exactly what's been done and what's next.

• Log the touch as it happens — don't batch. The timeline is our shared memory.
• The first person to log an Email / Call / Meeting / Text gets stamped as the "reached out by" for that prospect. Status auto-bumps to Contacted (or High Value on a Meeting).
• Include next steps in your notes ("following up Tuesday", "sending them the pitch deck", etc.) so the next person picks up cleanly.
• The Monthly Revenue stat above only counts prospects marked Active Donor with a dollar amount filled in.

Add or remove staff accounts without leaving the dashboard. Anyone you add here can immediately log in with the credentials you set. Any email works — it doesn't have to be @thevcp.org.

• Every account gets full access to every dashboard tool. Roles are labels only for now — no per-tool restrictions.
• You can't delete your own account (safety guard).
• Choose strong passwords — 8+ chars minimum, longer is better.
• "Reset Password" gives you a way to reset someone's password without needing their current one.
